LOSE IT-BREAK IT LIFETIME WARRANTY

We want to make sure that you always have a pair of our glasses regardless of whether they are lost or broken.  With our LOSE IT- BEAK IT lifetime warranty, we make this process simple and easy.  No matter what happens to your sunglasses we want you to always have your PUR Shades on.

If something happens to your sunglasses, fill out the form below to process your warranty request.  We will need to verify the information on your order and we will then get your replacement glasses to you. You will need to pay a small process fee of $8.95 that will go to shipping and handling.  Each pair can be replaced up to twice a year under the Unlimited Lifetime Warranty.

Exceptions do apply:

• The warranty only covers orders through purshades.com, our official Amazon listings, and approved retailers – thereby excluding other re-sellers
• Any complimentary shades received through promotional or charity events are excluded.

NOTE : 

If you have ordered directly from AMAZON or PURSHADES.COM than you are automatically registered for the Unlimited Lifetime Warranty.  You will not have to fill out the form below.
