This privacy policy describes how personally identifiable information (“PII”) about you is collected, used and disclosed when visiting and using purshades.com (the “Site”) and how you can get access to this information. Provide you with policy of our information collection, use and protection practices, and explain your rights as an individual about whom we maintain information.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Information You Provide. When you register or interact with the Site, we may ask that you provide us with certain information to facilitate your use of the Site, such as your first name, last name, email, phone number, gender and date of birth. In case you decide to purchase product, we may ask you to provide additional information, such as your full address and credit card details and share your personal information with companies who help us in the fulfillment of your request. For instance, we communicate your credit card details to a third-party payment processor (we do not store any credit card information).

How We Use and Disclose Information About You

Children. We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you’re under 18, you may use this Site only if you have the consent of your parent or guardian. We shall not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 years old.
3.) STORAGE AND CONTROL YOUR PII
In the course of transacting business with you, we create records including your PII that can be held on a variety of media (physical or electronic). Records help us serve you well, to demonstrate that we are meeting our obligations and to keep as evidence of our business activities.

4.) CORRECTION UPDATE OBJECTION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
You have certain legal rights to control your PII and the manner in which we process it. In addition, under California law, website operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser ‘do not track’ signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers with the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personal Information of a consumer over time and across third party web sites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. We do not respond to any such ‘do not track’ signals, as no one do not track standard has gained consensus.
This law also requires web site operators to disclose whether third parties may collect Personal Information about their users’ online activities over time and across different web sites when the users use the operator’s web site. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect Personal Information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across different web sites when a consumer uses our Website.
Third parties that have content embedded on our Site (such as social networking features) may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited our Website from a certain IP address. These third parties cannot collect any other Personal Information from our Website unless you provide it to them directly.
