Q: Where can I purchase PUR Shades products?

Currently, Pur Shades is being sold on the PUR Shades website purshsades.com and Amazon.

RETURNS

Q: What is the purshades.com return policy?

We stand behind all of our sunglasses. If your product is defective or flawed, and it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please see our claim and warranty information.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product you bought in the last 30 days from purshades.com, simply follow these steps to return the merchandise:

Call 951-249-3997 within 30 days from the original ship date. Our Customer Service team will initiate a return authorization and provide you with a free return shipping label.

  • Pack the product in a box to ensure secure shipping. Do not ship products in soft packs or envelopes.
  • Print the pre-paid UPS shipping label.
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS location.
  • Once we receive your product, we will provide you with full credit within 5-7 business days.
  • This return process will apply to purchases made on purshades.com and Amazon. Proof of purchase is needed for a return.

A few things to note:

We can’t refund products purchased or given to you from another retailer. If your product was not purchased on purshades.com or Amazon please refer to the original retailer.

We can’t refund you for products damaged beyond normal wear and tear. You must return all products in the resalable packaging they came in. The product and packaging may not be tampered with including but not limited to markings, writing, or stickers on them.

All refunds will be credited to the payment method you chose at checkout. It usually takes about 5-7 business days from the time we process your return for you to receive the credit. Depending on the processing time of your financial institution, it may take up to 30 business days to be reflected on your credit card account. If you no longer have access to your original payment method, we’ll issue you a purshades.com credit for the refund amount.

Do not ship products in soft packs or envelopes. This can cause the product to be damaged in transit. PUR Shades is not responsible for any returned products damaged in transit due to the choice of packaging. We recommend shipping the product back in a box.

You have 30 days from the original ship date to return your merchandise to Pur Shades.

WARRANTY

Q: What is the PUR Shades Lose It-Break It Warranty?

PUR Shades sunglasses are warranted against all manufacturer defects for 1 year. Warranty is valid only if purchased through purshades.com or Amazon.  If you lose or break your glasses at any time.  You can contact customer support and get a new pair.  For a small shipping fee of $8.95.  We will send you the same or similar pair.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Purshades.com accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover®.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

When you place your order, we will ask your credit card for an authorization hold to cover the cost of the order. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped.

Q: Does purshades.com ship orders internationally?

No, but we’re working on it! Right now, we ship to anywhere within the United States.
